Our Promise

Honest assessments, transparent pricing, and no surprise charges. You’ll always receive a quote before any work begins. Diagnostic fees are credited toward your repair when you proceed.

Diagnostic & Service Call Fees

Diagnostics

  • In-shop diagnostic — $25
  • Credited toward repair if you proceed
  • If the same repair is completed during the same visit, the diagnostic fee is waived entirely

On-Site & Remote

  • Local service call (within 10 mi) — $40
  • Extended service call (10–25 mi) — $60
  • Remote / phone technical support — $20 per session
  • On-site fees include the first 30 minutes of diagnosis

Labor Rates

  • Standard labor — $55/hr
  • Technical / specialized — $70/hr
  • After-hours / emergency — $85/hr
  • Minimum bench charge — $25
  • Time billed in 15-minute increments

Accepted payment Cash, check, or credit / debit card, including online payment at pay.thefixinpost.com
Payment due Due upon completion of work
Warranty on labor 30-day warranty on all labor performed
Warranty on parts Manufacturer warranty applies; assistance with claims provided
Unclaimed equipment Devices not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees
